I have used this company twice now, buying products that didn't require a prescription.
I found them through a search engine, they had the cheapest price.
Prompt standard delivery (3 days). E-mail alerts to say my order had been dispatched. Will use again!

Great company, great products, great service!
What more can I say?
Delivered straight to your door (for free!). The veg boxes are great value for money. I don't think you could even get that range at that price in the supermarket and certainly not the same quality.
Meat is a bit more pricey but worth it to know where it's coming from. I always find the meat boxes have too much red meat in them but have purchased random cuts and a chicken here & there.

I order frequently from this company.
Most poultry needs covered under one roof!
I'm always pleased with the service, standard delivery arrives in 2 days.
Really well packaged and lovely friendly voice at the end of the phone.
My only issue was that my last order had been delivered and left over the gate but no card had been put through the door to let me know. My 7 yr old was anxiously waiting for the delivery so he could get some chicks and it was there all along!
When I called the company they were brilliant and were able to tell me where it had been left but it would've been nice to have known this earlier. Was told that it was an issue with their courier and not the first complaint they'd had about it.
Pet Supermarket
Good service but delivery a bit slow
I ordered through Pet Supermarket as I was really pleased with the product range and price.
I also ordered some veterinary products, at the same time, from a different website. I used the standard delivery on both orders.
The Pet Supermarket order took 3 days longer than the other order to arrive. This is my only gripe and I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for this.
I am however impressed with the communications. I liked the fact I received an email saying that my products should have arrived.
All in all a good service at a good price but delivery times could be improved on.
