Our experience with Workwear Express was nothing short of absolutely hideous.
After informing the company that we had a deadline, we were assured our order would arrive within 5 days by an employee who had said she would personally be making sure it was sent out on time, herself. This was a lie.
After two weeks, we rang and spoke to the same employee only to be told that nothing AT ALL had been done with our order and that it was due to go out for embroidery. This was concerning on many levels for us as our order was all supposed to be screen printed. Clearly she hadn't a clue what was supposed to be happening and was just trying to shut us up by telling us anything that popped into her mind.
After a month, we insisted we speak to a supervisor in attempt to try and get somewhere. True to her word our order has finally arrived (4 days after the phone call) and for a short while (whilst opening the box) we thought that after all the trouble at least we'd finally got the correct product. We were sadly mistaken.
Two of the garments had letters missing, and three other garments just point blank didn't have the text on them at all.
Needless to say, purchasing from Workwear 'not so' Express was a complete and utter waste of time and money.
So to those of you who are considering ordering from them, save yourself a lot of time, effort, money and pointless phone call making that could enrage the most placid type of personality - and go elsewhere.
However, to give the fairest review possible I would say Supervisor Jemma Strong was very professional and carried out everything she said she would.
