The service levels are brilliant! Orders have all come through quickly and efficiently. Products are great. Reasonably priced. The only thing that I docked a star for was because I would have liked more size choices for the plate carriers I ordered (being a 6 foot 16 stone body builder), but this is to be fair being harsh!
This is not the first time Ive ordered from the simply group for good reason. The products are of very good quality, so I know I can order confidently. Secondly they deliver on a very fast and efficient basis, its there when they say it will be and its packed to an almost paranoid level of protection for the journey- no bad thing with some delivery services. So product and delivery first rate. Thirdly costs are good for the products. All well and good to this point. Heres the nub. I ordered a snorkel, mask anti fogging agent and fins this time, so included after the e-mail confirming the order were links to sites showing you how to ensure the mask fitted correctly, with advice on how to ensure a good seal and prevent leaks, and also how to clean the mask and prepare it to use the anti fogging agent. Impressive as not many companies give this sort of free aftercare advice as their given standard!
Ok so I placed the order having looked for the products concerned for weeks to no avail before finding the website. Wish I'd looekd online ages ago. Products first rate, price VERY reasonable, received earlier than expected so awesome!!!! Went back to look for some black screws to colour blend to some guitar hangers, but the search engine wasnt able to handle multiple word descriptions. Shame as this is the only minor gripe. Would I use them again? Probably as my new first port of call for this sort of stuff.
