Does as it says on the tin!
Ordered contact lenses on Sunday bank holiday weekend. Lenses arrived on the Tuesday as promised and well packaged. Package fitted through the letterbox so no having to trail to the sorting office to collect the item.

Credit card charged but no goods after more than a month!
Ordered a Nintendo 3DS on 13th June 2011 and paid extra for next day delivery. No goods after over a month and I have to pay for them now as they have charged my credit card! No response to phone, email, or letters. I'm likely to be contacting both my credit card company and the Police in the next few days.
