Electrical Experience
Poor service - Avoid
I bought a TV from this company on the basis of it being the cheapest . Following payment and a wait of some days I still had not had any communication from them at all. No email to say they had received my order , no email giving me an order number even, no clue about delivery dates, even though they had already taken payment from my card!. After calling them by phone and being told someone would call me back (they didn't of course) I had to phone again and was assured of a delivery date. On the day it was due to be delivered I had heard nothing so phoned them again and was told it wouldn't be arriving after all because it was water damaged.
At this point I still had no confirmation of order, order number,receipt,nothing.and was getting very concerned.
The TV finally arrived two days later but it took yet another phone call from me to get a receipt for it. Overall a very unpleasant shopping experience and one I wont be repeating in the future.

Still Waiting
My item has been ordered for a week. Money has been taken but have heard nothing from this company.I sent an email quering whats happening and I'm still waiting for a reply.
I bought on the basis of price, if I'd paid £5 more at another supplier I would have my item days ago. Lesson learnt!
If I hear nothing within the next 24hours I'll be contacting my credit card company.
