I ordered a small, inexpensive item which arrived on time. However, I had misread the description and needed to return it. I followed CafePress instructions to get a returns form and received an email from them - telling me they were sorry I wasn't happy with the product but to feel free to keep it... and they refunded me in full. Slow delivery but good product and we were kept informed.
Following an incident with a wet floor, resulting in a cracked toilet, My Tub were the only place that offered us the product we needed at an acceptable price. It took 3 weeks to arrive, due to delays, but every email I sent was responded to very quickly and we were kept informed. The product arrived as described. Thank you.
