Excellent product but the communication could be better

Wish they had kept me posted on the despatch/delivery. I had to keep chasing and eventually I contacted their delivery company myself - frustrating!!

I am very sorry to hear you did not receive any information regarding delivery.

I am actively working with the courier company at the moment to ensure that they are being more proactive with delivery dates to our customers, to ensure that inconvenience like this doesn't happen. Obviously if there is not an improvement in the future, we will need to look at alternatives, but hopefully the changes we are implementing will make the world of difference to the service that we are able to supply, and information that we can offer.

1600 P shape bath

The 1600 P shaped bath was absolutely what we wanted. Only critisism I would make is that the supporting base is extremely flimsy in comparison to the high quality of the bath - I had to make a wooden frame up to take out the flexing when standing in the shower end.

The order was delivered when promised and arrived in first class condition - would and have recommended you to others.
