Well where do I start bought advent tacto laptop for my sons thirteenth birthday in November went back third time yesterday due to same problem screen just flickers all the time .The manager at Chesterfield branch never bothered to approach us just kept having a look now and again . Have to wait for third time to see it be exchanged wouldn't get this laptop again my poor son fed up with waiting .
