Simply appalling service

Ordered a laptop on a Friday on the strength of a promise that it would arrive next day (Saturday) by 1.00pm. Needless to say 1pm came and went - rang Tesco to be told that there are not Saturday deliveries for that item.

After a prolonged discussion with what is laughingly called customer service I was informed that it would arrive on Monday and to expect a call to confirm the time fo arrival.

At 12.30 on the Monday I received a call from a different person to tell me that the item cannot be delivered as it is discontinued, and that my refund would take about a week to appear!

When asked why I had been sold an item (and the money taken for it) that they did not actually have I got a stock response coupled with a "we don't give a monkeys really" attitude.

Shocking lack of service from a company that should know better.
