Logged on to Ebookers website and filled out an online booking for 7 people to go from Inverness to birmingham return in December with flybe - put in creditcard details and completed booking.. it stated at the end that it can take up to 2 hurs for veification with airline and i would get an email. Waited the 2 hours but no email so called Ebookers and asked if booking went through to which i was informed to call flybe direct and was given their telephone number.. I called flybeto be told no booking was recorded forthe specific flight in anyof the names travelling.. so i recalled Ebookers and slowly went through my booking again verbally and was told that i would get an email confirming the booking .. Within 10 minutes I got the email but one of the childrens last names was wrong - and i on booking asked the agent to read back the names to me - she put the last name of the one wrong the same as the previous name... So I had to telephone Ebookers again to amend the last name they got wrong.. and wastold there may be a charge to change the name!! Ten minutes later i got a call saying that flybe has been contacted and the name changed and i would get flybes confirmaton email with the correct names on it. With nocharge (thank goodness!) So all in all it was a good 3 hours plus in total to book a flight and rectify the mistake made by the Ebookers sales lady.
Ordered Remy Fusion sensationnel goddes stick tipped hair extensions (6 packs) on the 27 June - still not arrived and its the 11 July..!!! Called Pauls Hair World on the 8th July and was being posted first class... but as its the 11th July - where are they its taken 15 days already and still not arrived... no communication to say any delay... bad service...
