Deny deny deny

I've been a fan of Apple for a long time but recent experiences have changed that. I've had a couple of warranty items that they have tried their hardest to not cover - only after I;ve argued my point for a long time will they admit that their product is faulty and covered under warranty.

No love for their customers

Paypal claim to be the most loved way to get paid, but I find it very frustrating. They are very quick to withhold money for no good reason.
