Generally good

Over 2 orders, I ended up picking an out of stock item on each order.
That brought delays and a few emails to find out what the delays were.
They were quick to respond to emails and once I understood why the delay, I was offered alternative products, to wait for the restock or just send now with out that item.
Can't give 5 stars, as out of stock, but the rest is good and I would order from them again.

Quill Exhausts

Grossly Incompetent

Promised delivery of an exhaust in 2 weeks.
Took 12 weeks of constant chasing for them to send it to the wrong address.
2 more weeks to get it to the right address.
The supplied bracket didn't fit.
Neither did the bracket sent to replace it 5 days later.
Nor the 3rd bracket sent to replace that.
Their solution, I go off and get some tools and fix it myself.
Refused to offer even a token gesture of some money off for all the hassle.


Flawless customer service

Prices are always aggressive, but what sets this company apart is their communication and service.
They send updates by email at all appropriate points, so you always know whats happening with your order.
I bought something too small and got to sample the returns process, which was astounding easy and online, fast and efficient.
Can't praise them enough.
I'd be inclined to buy from them even if they ended up being a little more expensive, but really, they never are and no one can match their service or my confidence in them that if there was an issue, it would be a real easy process to get it resolved.
