ordered stuff several times and got next day free delivery, returns without any problems, good prices and huge selection. very impressed

ordered items "in stock" two weeks ago, no items, no updates

standard excuse - supplier didnt deliver to us. 2 weeks now and no end in sight . everyday the responce is "next day".. time wasters


Scam, utter shambles, this people should be all fired

Ordered Euro 2000 worth of furniture, paid by bank transfer. No replies to email, impossible to reach by phone. After several tries to reach them finally got a response that they found payment 3 days later. 3 weeks later delivery scheduled - No delivery, no calls to apologize. next day spent on the phone. another promise to call back the same day 100%. Nothing. Called again 2 times, - "delivery will be next 2 days". 2 days. nothing delivered. We and our one year old baby is sleeping on the floor for 3rd. No furniture in sight.


as a construction materials supplier should not exist

If you are a superman and can schedule your works incorporating 2-3 weeks delay for shipping and time for chasing these guys then by all means use them.


Worst company on the face of the earth

Bought Dyson vacuum which broke down on day 2. Rep at Currys "take it to post office and send to us" . now 3 !!! weeks from the original payment still have no replacement...
"we cannot find item...", "we have such a high volume of orders you return is marked on our system as DONT CHECK ON DAILY BAISIS!"", "manager is not around",

product delivered by customer service non-existent

Had to call them 3 times just to get an email acknowledging the order. Email eventually came several days after charging my credit card.

Then got an email "your order was despatched today". But according to the rep at protech that doesnt mean at all that your order was shipped. All it means is that she asked warehouse to send product with "no idea what happens after that".

Typical boiler room operation - no stock, just a website

Payment taken but surprisingly all items that were shown as in stock are now awaiting deliveries with no shipment in sight for at least a week. How can one rely on doing work by buying tools from this not so honest retailer?

Customer service? what is that?

Stuff has attention span and memory of a squirrel. Many promises were given none were kept. No apologies from store manager either. Will avoid in the future.


Bad service, no delivery despite extra postage price and calls

Called them, paid extra for fast delivery, on the day of delivery "supplier forgot..." no apology. Time wasters.

Not only buying but retruns and exchanges are hasslefree

One only appreciates the quality of service by how they deal with your problems (not just at a selling point)


Waste of time

Every third order is delayed/cancelled/forgotten has to be called again to be reminded of. The response is always the same we had "fire/broken truck/missing driver etc etc etc" .

Whatever produce does eventually arrive has next day expiration date. I assume Ocado is picking up their stock from Waitrose trucks and they arrive at the landfill.

AVOID at all cost! No product no money! FRAUD!

Paid GBP800 for Denon AVR on 1.7.2011. Money left credit card immediately, 5 days later - nothing, called, 1 hour on hold, "will be shipped shortly"

two more days, nothing, same promise, 13July I write bad review on this company, right away an employees claims order will be shipped immediately and says that my order was only received on 6.7.11.

I can upload copy of my credit card with the charge from SE on 1.7.11 and here is print-out from SE website with my order dated 1.7.2011.

14.7.2011 nothing shipped, was told 5 days from today they will issue refund. today is 19th and still no refund.

filed FRAUD report with credit card company.
