Had to call them 3 times just to get an email acknowledging the order. Email eventually came several days after charging my credit card.
Then got an email "your order was despatched today". But according to the rep at protech that doesnt mean at all that your order was shipped. All it means is that she asked warehouse to send product with "no idea what happens after that".
product actually arrived as promissed.
Payment taken but surprisingly all items that were shown as in stock are now awaiting deliveries with no shipment in sight for at least a week. How can one rely on doing work by buying tools from this not so honest retailer?

Stuff has attention span and memory of a squirrel. Many promises were given none were kept. No apologies from store manager either. Will avoid in the future.
Called them, paid extra for fast delivery, on the day of delivery "supplier forgot..." no apology. Time wasters.
One only appreciates the quality of service by how they deal with your problems (not just at a selling point)
Every third order is delayed/cancelled/forgotten has to be called again to be reminded of. The response is always the same we had "fire/broken truck/missing driver etc etc etc" .
Whatever produce does eventually arrive has next day expiration date. I assume Ocado is picking up their stock from Waitrose trucks and they arrive at the landfill.
Paid GBP800 for Denon AVR on 1.7.2011. Money left credit card immediately, 5 days later - nothing, called, 1 hour on hold, "will be shipped shortly"
two more days, nothing, same promise, 13July I write bad review on this company, right away an employees claims order will be shipped immediately and says that my order was only received on 6.7.11.
I can upload copy of my credit card with the charge from SE on 1.7.11 and here is print-out from SE website with my order dated 1.7.2011.
14.7.2011 nothing shipped, was told 5 days from today they will issue refund. today is 19th and still no refund.
filed FRAUD report with credit card company.
THIS COPMANY WRITES OWN POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THIS WEBSITE AND IMMEDIATELLY DISPUTES LEGIT NEGATIVE ONES!!!
