Been with EON home services for 8 years until they sold out to Home Energy Service recently. Everything is fine provided you don't have a breakdown, I did called the 24 hr help line ( or should I say no help line) earliest appointment a week away. It appears that HES consider 7 days without heating or hot water to be acceptable and not an emergency even if there is a vulnerable person in the house. Despite the promises made in the brochures and adverts, the company refuse to send out an engineer, the call centre staff stick rigidly to a written script and are useless. I could never recommend this company, my advice is save your money and use it should you have a boiler breakdown because in my experience you will need it because HES won't be there when you need them.
