The scuba gloves I ordered were not in stock but Mike's contacted me immediately stating that I would have to wait for a few days for my chosen gloves and they offered an alternative that would be dispatched upon receipt of my acceptance. I responded by telling Mike's that I preferred to wait for the ones I ordered. They acknowledged this immediately (again) and three days later my order arrived. Brilliant!
It was easy to conclude the insurance on the website but I had to telephone the health screening number for additional cover. The young lady was very helpful and I received the medical cover for an additional fee of £30. She promised that she would send an e-mail to confirm the additional cover but I am still waiting after 32 days (at the time of writing).
I have travelled already but I have made no claims so I cannot comment on how well claims are handled.
I required 3 replacement toner cartridges (out of 4) and Printware had just what I wanted. I placed my order for a pack of all four as there is a quantity discount and it arrived the very next day. Superb service!
The only thing I have to find out is whether Printware recycle the old cartridges. This is not urgent as I have not exhausted the original fourth cartridge yet.
