Great place to buy
I made my first order last week, prices were very competitive and delivery was very fast. I have made a second order today and have no doubt the service will be the same. I highly recommend this company for cost and delivery, one of the best online tool companies I have ever used.
Jacksons Fencing
A really great place to buy.
I purchased the heavy post and rail fencing through B&Q nearly 3 years ago at a great price, I realised that no corner posts were included so I called Jacksons Fencing directly and they let me add some corner posts to my order from B&Q, they didn't charge me any extra for delivery, the customer care were very helpful. With my fencing I received the nails and a pot of Jackure which is used to treat the places where cutting or drilling is necessary, using this also keeps up your 25 year guarantee! I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of the fencing and I know a lot of my neighbours admire it, i installed it as soon as it was delivered and because it is pre treated with Jackure I have never had to treat it since. Delivery was very quick and the the delivery man was very pleasant and helpful. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants really good quality fencing.

Could have been better!
I purchased the bust of Diana as a Christmas gift for my Mother, they called and instead of speaking to me they spoke to her to let her know my order had been shipped, unbelievable! No surprises this Christmas, I sent them an email to say I wasn't happy about what they had done, no response forthcoming. The bust arrived and it is beautiful, however it states 38cm on the website, the one I received is 32cm, I also expected to receive the stand she is placed on as it didn't state the stand wasn't supplied, no stand arrived. I haven't bothered to email about the size discrepancy as I received no response regarding my last email. I had to laugh though when 5 days ago I received an email stating my item had been shipped, it has been sitting in my Mothers lounge since Christmas day! Not the best experience I have ever had and I think I will purchase from another supplier I know who delivers the items as stated and without giving the game away.

Don't waste your money!
I ordered a humorous mug as a thank you for my Orthopaedic Surgeon who had just got me through a tricky operation. Its not the done thing to buy very expensive gifts so I thought this mug would be just the thing. It arrived today and have to say am very disappointed, it is a very basic mug for the fact it cost more than £15, the script is straight on the front but crooked on the back, it doesn't even come in its own box, a complete waste of money in my opinion and I will NEVER shop there again.

Hi there, this is the first time I have purchased from shedstore and will definitely be shopping there again, quick and easy transaction, item arrived on schedule and I was kept up to date about my order via email. The Gardman wood large planter arrived intact, no pieces missing and no damage at all. Have previously purchased two of these planters elsewhere and both arrived with missing parts, but from shedstore everyting was as it should be. Good doing business with them. Oh, and the price was better than anywhere else!

Item's were delivered very quickly, order arrived within two days, very well packaged and in tip top condition, didn't receive a delivery email but not really bothered about this.
Would definitely recommend Great Gardens Online to anyone and will for sure be ordering from them again myself.
