I paid for a 12 month subscription in advance in September. I paid again as BT had an accounting problem, BT refunding ny first payment. Even though I paid a year in advance, I am still being charged monthly too! BT won't even reply to my requests to sort it out. Very Very unhappy customer.
Offered me a better price than O2 recycle, and payment arrived in my bank the day after I posted my phone. Brilliant, thanks.
