I purchased a baby back carrier. I put in an offer based on the pictures and description on the lisiting and the offer was accepted. 48 hours later the item arrived and may I say very well packed indeed.

On opening the item I found that one of the straps was broken and the support leg on the carrier did not lock into place (These faults did not affect the overall use of item but would of put in a lower offer had I known)
I contacted stuffyousell and they promptly replied and could not have been more helpful. They offered a discount on the item or to send the item back for a full refund, no quibbles at all.

I opted to keep the carrier so I'd just like to finish off by saying I would definately buy from them again and recommend them to anyone.
