I have to say that from the moment I called the good folks at Keen Gardener, I was impressed by there efficiency and friendly manner. I was querying a delivery date on a web order so decided to call them to confirm some details then ended up doing the order over the phone.
The gentlement I spoke to was both friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions about my new Swiss Grill gas barbeque with useful advice and was more than happy to give me some hints and tips to get the best out of it. I will definitely be ordering from Keen Gardener again and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Great prices, fast delivery and great customer service, well done indeed!!
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the gentlemen who dealt with my order for 6x NGK LPG laserline plugs. The order was dealt with efficiently after I called about payment error on the server and the call back to confirm the order was excellent. When I was concerned about duplicate orders, I was told they would be cancelled when they receive them in such a short space of time.The delivery service was also excellent as I ordered them at 16:00 on 5/2/13 and they were delivered by midday 6/2/2013 which was brilliant. I think credit should be given where it is due and your level of excellent service is worth mentioning and I would have no hesitation recommending you and using your company again.

If you should ever venture in to one of their stores you will encounter one of two scenarios. The first is a total absence of anyone to deal with a query or the second is one where the sales staff swoop and swarm like locusts preying on your perceived naivity.The latter is somewhat more irritating because when you do actually select one of these numpties to be your sales person, once they are asked anything technical, they are all about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Personally I really don't know how I maintained my composure because these wallies are enough to try the patience of a saint! Oh, and if you do decide to buy anything and it goes wrong, their after sales programme is laughable!!
If you need dive gear, these guys have got great advice, the website is easy to navigate, ordering is straightforward and delivery is very quick.Isn't this how all internet shopping should be!! ......Keep up the good work guys.
I have tried 3 Mobile (absolutely horrendous!) Orange (not for me!) and prior to both of these I was a Vodafone customer and again went back. I never have any issues with my service and we have all three phones in our household with Vodafone.
We all have Blackberry's at the moment, Bold(me), Curve(wife) and Torch(daughter) and the tarrifs, advice and service has been second to none. I don't see us changing provider anytime soon but I do wish they would introduce the iPhone as part of their range!!
My local Wickes store is a mere 200 yards away from a massive B&Q Warehouse and simply for quickness I have popped to Wickes rather than try and find a space at B&Q then have the hassle off the traffic lights when trying to get home again.
However, having given Wickes the benefit of the doubt several times for lack of stock, poor product range, uncompetitive prices and utter incompetance by the adolescent staff, I have vowed never to use them again!. The final straw came when I was going to order a jumbo bag of pea gravel and they wanted £25 to deliver it 1.5 miles away!!!!
I will always recommend B&Q over Wickes anytime and the fact that they can't even fill their 30-40 space car park and the store appears to be manned by 4 people should be indicative of their footfall throught the door! Avoid like the plague!
Over the years there can't be many people who haven't used Argos for something . Having recently purchased a Samsung laptop for my daughter online, the whole process was trouble free with speedy delivery and at a great sale price compared to PC World/Currys and surprisingly Amazon as well.
I happen to think they have some good deals every now and then and I shall continue to use them for the forseeable future if they are competitive.
The only minor gripe with the store purchases is the slow collection system when busy, but that used so infrequently by us, that I won't go on about that.
All in all Argos provide good service and their return policy has never been a cause for concern. Keep up the good work.
I used this company to book a day at Henlow Grange Spa day for my wife and it was all done in a few clicks. The gift pack arrived in a couple of days and you get a 20% discount voucher on future purchases within 12 months! I would definitely recommend and will be using again.
I ordered some Ear socks for my Oakley X-Metal Juliets and the compny emailed me with hours to advise of a delay with the order due to Oakley not having stock. They informed me of a 2-3 week delay and offred a refund immediately, I wasn't in a hurry because I have 2 airs of these glasses and confirmed the wait was acceptable. Alas, Oakley let them down and after 3 weeks Oakley stated another 3-4 weeks for stock arrival.
The fact I was gong on holiday meant I would be without one pair and I advised the company that I would like the order refunded to my card as offered and this was done immediately with a email confirmation. In summary, based on my experience, they work very professionally and courteously with communications answered extremely quickly, I would use again based on that and I am pleased with how my order was dealt with, so for that reason 4 stars rather than 5 purely because my item was not actually purchased.
As a keen amateur guitarist with hopes of one day filling the Albert hall, I have developed an unhealthy addiction to collecting guitars. Andertons are a company that carries a very competitively priced range and from my very first call for advice to several expensive purchases online, I have nothing but praise to bestow on the staff's level of patience and willingness to guide over the phone. I encountered one minor gripe with a guitar (manufcturing issue) and a replacement was sent and delivered the following day and the other guitar collected for return, brilliant.
The company really prides itself on helping customers and they are a credit to the music retailing sector. I have put several product reviews on their site and you get awarded loyalty points which are cash discounts on purchases, great! If you need instruments, accessories, effects or anything for the band, give Andertons a call.
I was recommended to use this company around 7 years ago and I was amazed that you could get printer ink so cheap. Gone are the days when I get ripped off at PC World for my 6 single Epson cartridges, they sell budget cartridges with as good coverage for around 20% of the price of the "genuine" ones. Their product range is excellent and their service second to none. If only all companies operated this way! SVP are highly recommended to anyone with a computer because all you need for the electronic media experience is here.
If you ever have the misfortune to deal with the customer services dept. with thhis mob then you will know what a bunch of useless muppets they are. The coverage in my area was atrocious and I am within the M25 in Hertfordshire and they are telling me it is fine , even though I was losing calls! When I tried to get the handset replaced they refused citing the issues with reception in my house as interference and not the phone!!!!! I eventually gave up using the phone and changed my tariiff to the basic minimum until the contract expired.
When I tried to cancel the contract they took and extra payment which took an age for a refund. I have constantly asked for my details to be removed from their database but I still get their marketing calls on my landline and my Vodafone mobile!!!!. I am no longer polite to these parasites and if any 3mobile telesales staff read this, phone me if you want to hear swearing and abuse that you never only imagined in your worst nightmares.................in summary, for me the whole 3 mobile experience was a shambles from start to finish and I will never use again or recommend you to anyone. I have nothing but contempt for your unprofessional demeanour and nothing would give me greater pleasure to hear on the news that 3 mobile has gone bankrupt!!!

I have recently purchased two reclining sunloungers (Suntime Havana Sun Lounger in black) from this company and the delivery was very fast and the quality of the loungers is excellent. The ordering process , payment and whole transaction was flawless and I will definitely use again.
I recently gutted and refitted my bathroom and ordered a a big deep bath (pool acrylic 1700 x 750) and I was impressed with the speed of delivery, courtesy of the driver, and the quality of the product and price paid made me feel as if I had a good deal. I recently gutted and refitted my bathroom and wanted that "designer" look for the taps to accentuate the rest of the room and make them look like a work of metal sculpture rather than just a means to getting water. I found a beautiful modern mixer for the sink and bath (WAVE) and was so astounded at the price, I actually rang them to confirm prior to ordering!!! The quality of their stock is amazing and the prices are probably the best value for money in the UK!! This company is highly recommended for all things bathroom. 10/10
I recently ordered three t-shirts from them which unfortunately never arrived due to some light fingered postal worker but a quick call to the boss, John, and he immediately replaced the order and sent the items via Citylink to ensure their arrival. The t-shirts are good quality and the designs well printed and i will definitely be using again
Having been recommended to me about 8 years ago by a friend, I have used this company approx. 6 times for destinations such as Borneo, Lanzarote, Halkidiki, Sharm El Sheikh, Taba and Mexico and all the holidays were very competitively priced and the service given by my contact, Pat Wright, was nothing but superb. For a tailor made holiday at package prices, they are hard to beat!
I have recently gutted and refitted my bathroom and went to Topps tiles for some inspiration and prices. I wasn't keen on the prices so after searching online, I came across Tile HQ and set about ordering some very cheap samples. They came the next day and the 10 samples were well worth the money because the eventual saving on the tile I chose amounted to over £240 compared with Topps Tiles! Free delivery was included as the order was over £150 and there wasn't a single damaged tile in the batch! Folks, there is an internet alternative for tiles, use Tile HQ!!!
I have to say that in this day and age where internet shopping is on the increase, I use Amazon and its 3rd party sellers a lot and I have nothing but praise for their whole set up. I have recently taken delivery of several items of varying values from inexpensive to very expensive and the service is always excellent.......keep up the good work!
Went to Curry's in Watford and the blu ray player I wanted was out of stock except for the display model so after a spot of negotiating with regard to a price reduction, the assistant proceeded to get the box etc. The top of the player had some sticky promo card on it which he tried in vain to remove, citing white spirit as the stuff for the job but I then stated that he can get it off as he had already started but his nails were chewed to the bone so we moved on to the till. At this point he started a dialogue about discounted warranties and I told him that I wasn't interested, tell me how much I am getting off the price? Still he persisted in the warranty patter until after the 3rd time I asked him " What part of I don't want ANY warranty are you not understanding " .......He was driving me mad so I told him to forget it and stormed off through the shop with the view to going to Comet over the car park. Just 20 yards from the door, this desperate muppet then begged me to come back because he had spoken to the manager and I could have the blu ray player for £65 instead of £80. I told him in no uncertain terms about my thoughts on his sales technique and the company policy of harassing the public as he scurried back to his store. I have never been embroiled in such an amateurish sales pitch where the sales person is so desperate and irritating. I will never shop at that store again and I doubt I will use Curry's for any further purchases because of this outrageous behaviour.
I ordered some new ear socks and nose pieces fo my rather expensive Oakley X-metal Juliets from another company and waited the 2-3 weeks as advised because Oakley have them on back order!!!Unfortunatel Oakley then advised on further delays so order was refunded..............I then found Sunglassess Shop yesterday afternoon, ordered them and they were here first thing this morning...LESS THAN 18 HOURS AFTER ORDERING THEM!!!!! Now that is what I call service and with great prices as well, highly recommended indeed and in the words of a certain Mr. Schwarzenegger......"I'll be back"
