I have received parcels from DPD on two different days this week and each one came with an individual email telling me the date of delivery. Yesterday I received an email and a text telling me the time of delivery (which was perfect!) - the level of communication was spot on. I had changed the date of delivery for my second parcel to today and when I didn't receive an email and text this morning I knew that there was something wrong. I sent a message from their website and received an automated response which gave me a number to ring. In contrast to the other reviews I found the person on the end of the phone extremely helpful. Even though the parcel had not left the depot they obviously did what they could to get it to me and I received it within 2 hours of making the call. I have found the service to be excellent. Thank you!
