We've book the tickets in December last year.
The vere extremly expensive nearly £800 for two.
Luckly after contacting Seatwave we get tickets delivered on the day of the event to the hotel - but not the seats that we paid for.
Insted of the best seats next to the stage we have received tickets very far from it.
It is now nearly a month and we still didn't get the money or any sort of solution from seatwave.

I'm contacting them everyday but without any success.

I don't think that this is accaptable.

On the end we didn't enjoy it the party, people that pay £50 for their tickets had better view.
