Appalling

Absolutely appalling. Arbour was delivered without screws, nails and instructions and when I inspected the supposedly 'new' item, it looked like it had been a display model and dismantled before being delivered to me. There was mould on some bits, pieces broken off, ridiculously poor build quality - screws half in, nails protruding, lattice broken - it really was a joke. I have never seen anything like it.
AVOID THESE JOKERS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

This is indeed unsatisfactory. We liaised with this manufacturers at that time and have not had a repeat of this situation. The collection and full refund was processed within 14 days of the cancellation request.
