Much better than I was expecting
We have just started using them in the UK for about 100 - 150 consignments per week up to 3 metres long, and I am quite impressed with the service, only 1 damaged parcel in about 1 month and no other significant errors. Their Express Shipper software has it's advantages over UPS, Interlink etc, but also needs a little more work to aid tracking & POD's, which the IT support department say is being developed. We would benefit from a more knowledgable TNT Representative. I am pleased with the simple invoicing system and the cost is fairly competitive.

Brilliant company!
I've bought a couple of things from them over the last year or so and am impressed every time. My latest order was two banana trees, which arrived beautifully and safely packaged. The delivery was prompt and I was informed the day before they arrived. I also really like the occasional emails I get, just informative offers, no junk mail. Thanks all at JungleSeeds!!!
