I've used Heinne several times over the past few years and the service has been exactly the same each time, hence the title...

Fast delivery, good price.
Stainless steel hit or miss vents: quality of construction is good and the delivery time exceptional. No "heads up" of delivery notification sent but that information is available if you log on to your account.
Frankly I'd rather it this way round than chummy emails and slow dispatch times!

Competitive prices and fast delivery
A great range of stuff to choose from the delivery was very good (48 hours for the standard service) and the prices competitive as anyone.
