I only received half of my order after waiting 7 weeks and no packing slip/invoice was included to say what happened to the rest of my order. They dont answer the phone and have a telephone message saying they are not open for a month! So why not shut down the website?
For an internet company, they are lucky to get any business with such terrible customer service. I got an email reply eventually telling me it will be 2-4 weeks more- oh really ? Its appalling that they take the money straight away and don't inform customers when purchases are going to take a long time for delivery.
I would suggest for the sake of a few quid more to order elsewhere as so baby do not deserve the trade. I am very suspicious of the positive reviews on this site- they cant be serious!
