I live in EU, so getting UK products can be difficult - particularly drugstore brand names, which you know and trust. I found what I wanted at ChemistDirect at competitive prices and with reasonable shipping rates and received my products a few days later! Very happy!
I recently tried to book a hotel in Budapest. I went to lastminute.com's web site. There seemed to be some good deals, but the web site did not contain enough information about the price and location of car parking, price of breakfast, whether wifi was free etc. I emailed two separate queries via email several days ago. The first response I got was for me to call their customer service on their premium rate number and the second email has just been ignored. I called their premium rate number and I was told that they could not give me any more information, as the hotels concerned were "Top Secret Hotels". How ridiculous is that? The information I needed was basic. What's the point in providing an email address if you cannot get support from it? Anyway, never again, and I made my reservation with Booking.com, where I got the answers I needed quickly and efficiently.

Booking.com is way ahead of the competition, in particular much better than lastminute.com and other so called competitors. Your CS is excellent and I had my queries dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Unlike LM, you don't want to profit from customers looking for further information, because the web site doesn't have enough info. I paid 19c per minute to talk to LM's CS, but only 1.9c to talk to Booking.com's CS.
After several days, I am still waiting for my email queries to be answered by LM, so Booking.com you got the booking!
Keep up the good work!
