My item was cosmetically damaged during transit....Stuffusell 'quickly' (within 24 hrs of my call) offered a full refund or 20% off the purchase price (which I acccepted as the item was still working perfectly). Within a further 24 hrs the refund was in my account. Best response to any problem I have ever had on Ebay!
