I placed an order with boohoobaby for a toy box, a week later i received an email saying the item would not be in stock for a least a month and a half, despite taking the money out of my account.
I request a refund and still await the money in my account, nearly a month on since the original order was placed. I have sent numerous emails, the response being the money should be in my account 7-10 working days later, but I am still waiting.
Boohoobaby have the ability to take my payment the next day, but cannot give me my refund for nearly a month and counting.
