LED screen
needed a 37" monitor for my new computer, as it's a media system for the lounge. I was recommended to try Richersounds by my brother so i thought i'd take a look. The Chester store is quite small but, after checking the website i gave them a call to see if they had the models i was interested in which they did.
In store service was perfect, i grabbed a member of staff to quiz on my choices and they proved to be very informed on the products they sell.
Being a cheapskate i left to scower the web on my choice of screen but i couldn't find it cheaper anywhere. So i called to reserve it, phone was answered in just a few rings and they kept it for me for a few days as i couldn't get back to the store straight away.
All in all a great shopping experience, i would/will recommend them to anyone i know.

2nd order still impressed
This was my second order with PCSpecialist, which speaks for it's self.
I was very pleased last time but, this time i was even more impressed.
After opening the case up to check everything had survived shipping, i took a momment to have a look at how it had been constructed. It is perhaps the cleanest builds i have ever seen, the cabling is just so cleanly done.
I also price up my components before ordering, (as i could build it myself), and for this build it was a no brainer. I was charged around £60 more to have someone else build it and to get a warranty, when you are making such an investment how can you refuse.
Thank you PCS, how pc purchasing should be.
