poor customer care

i am a customer of talk talk and they offer some good prices and deals, however everything else i have had problems with, the internet speed is lower than promised, the router broke and the customer care is terrible, i was on hold for 20 minutes and when i finally got put through they said that they couldn't resolve my query and put me on hold again,
a good company but ruined by it poor customer care.

i use game a lot and have recently bought a new play-station with them as they had the best offer around and they always do, i haven't yet haven't been let down and although the website doesn't always have the same information as the store it is still good,

Always amazing

I have used many different sites to buy and orders things from the internet but i have found amazon most trustworthy and cheap,
their deliveries are always prompt and arrive before the expected date, and everything inside is in perfect order,
the site also provides some of the cheapest prices
due to this i have bought more electrical items off amazon than in a store
i am very pleased with amazon and will continue using it
