Great Service, Issue Resolved

I purchased an item from Tiny Tots website as I found them to be the cheapest price online. The item arrived quickly, but after a few weeks developed a rare fault. I contacted the manufacturer initially who was reluctant to provide a replacement due to the minor nature and offered a discount on one of their other products instead. I then contacted Tiny Tots who spoke to the manufacturer on my behalf and a replacement was quickly on its way. You can always tell a good company by the way they handle any problems and I can say that Tiny Tots resolved the problem quickly, politely and effectively.
