Customer Service?

I have used wiggle regularly in the past and not had a problem, I order some gear for a triathlon last Friday (now Thursday) I queried the order Monday as it was still showing as "not yet processed", and was eventually told 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock, and the rest (a further 7 items) were not due until mid October, EVERY product was showing as IN STOCK when I ordered. I asked them to cancel the order which they did, however as the payment was sent cleared funds from PayPal, it should be returned as cleared funds instantly, however 3 days later and wiggle are still holding my funds and when asking when I will get them back get told "Unfortunately, your order has now been cancelled I'm afraid" which doesn't really help at all.

I had always been happy with wiggle before but they really dropped the ball this time, and having no telephone number means you are constantly awaiting a reply.
