I purchased my hair in two different lengths, delivery was quick but i recieved two packets of the same length hair (not what i wanted) I was told to return the parcel with a note explaining what i wanted.
After investigation I found out that the whole company was out of stock with the hair i wanted, they told me that I would have to wait until it was in stock. After this I requested a refund. As i sent the package over a week ago i thought that I would have recieved my refund by now. I have had to phone everyday to find out the progress of my refund only to be greeted with unhelpful staff.
Upon phoning again I have been told that they do not have my parcel and that royal mail must have lost it. If they had of told me that the hair was out of stock on the wesbite I wouldn't be faced witht he prospect of losing out on a large amount of money. NEVER AGAIN.
