A great deal of fun.
I use Facebook daily and find it informative, and loads of fun. I guess that depends on who you have for friends I suppose. The only negative is that they are intent on trying to improve it all the time, and this definately not always the case.....If it ain`t broke, then don`t fix it..

No nonsense airline, that was cheap, friendly, cabin crew were very polite, clean plane and was a comfrotable flight. easily the best of the budget airlines.

Excellent TV and 5 Star Broadband Service
A great TV provider and especially broadband which is by far and away the best of any that is offered on the market. Highly recommended. Would have been 5 star, but for a sometimes dodgy customer service experience....Mainly when you are speaking to the foreign call centre.

Very Poor Customer Service
Foreign call centre customer services are the worst I`ve ever experienced. Extremely lengthy wait to speak to someone, and when you do, you are usually put on hold for even longer whilst you are put through to the right department. A general feeling of unprofessionalism.....NOT RECOMMENDED
