Well if u are luckily enough to visit the Isle of Man be sure to have a large overdraft and credit card, as getting there by ferry is so expensive book about 12 months in advance and you may get a cheap deal but dont take a car it can cheaper to hire one from there. The ferries are ok but everything onboard is expensive again take a packed lunch. the staff look a bit scruffy at times and the company has this attitude of "oh well" as they are the only operator to the island. Flybe and Easyjet fly to IOM and they can be cheaper than ferry. I do hope that another operator will be allowed to compete with them as if the prices keep going up people may be stranded on the isalnd beacause they cant get off.
Never complain or write a bad review on M&S website they wont let you. i am stuck with a mini laptop that wont work £249 refund refused and a repair that wont fix the problem as it a major Fault i might just send it in small parts to Marc Bolland just to ensure that M&S get the message
I have applied for in excess of 100 jobs and i have received not 1 acknowledgement, i know that this is out of caterer.com hands but when ur looking for work and you hear nothing it makes you wonder if they are actually sending the details to the recruiters
Well i have complained to Virgintrains and i am still waiting for my reply its been 7 WEEKS Now not even acknowledgement, there trains are horrible smelly and the staff look scruffy. you cancelled my train no explanation and no apology you cost me my holiday by 1 day as i missed my flight many thanks

Well i took the service and had issues with in days contacted Virgin they did nothing other than usual fobbed me off. i asked to cancel within 28 days but now they want to charge me even more because its now past 28 days and the service is still connected.
The charges are very silly why do ryanair charge so much to pay with card when the charge to them is pence i know i work for a Bank. ok i can pay by pre-pay mastercard but that still involves ryanair getting charged. Also the service on the phone is terrible but luckily Thomas Cook offered a cheaper flight with no add on charges.
The price was good and the service was good it was just slow in getting money most companies nowadays use faster payment system so u get the money either same day or next day i waited nearly 6 days
