Didn't even get off the starting block with Music Magpie.
Opted for Courier collection, but courier didn't turn up (My Hermes - a whole other story - see the reviews on here). I then asked for freepost labels but they never turned up.
No response to emails either.
Magpie valued my goods at just £17.
After giving up with Magpie, I donated the items to a charity shop. Recently received my sale of goods notification for gift aid and the items raised £41 !! So a much better outcome in the end.
I have been a mail order/online customer since the company started.
I have never ever had reason to complain, my orders are always 100% correct and delivery usually faster than stated.
Even though Liz Earle is now a huge company, they still treat you as if you really matter and make me feel that my custom is valued.
I would rate with nil stars if that was possible.
I'm surprised these bunch of clowns are still trading. Second time I have dealt with them. Opted for Courier Collection from Music Magpie. Three days later from specified date and no courier. Music Magpie none the wiser and so I'm going to send them through post office.
What a waste of time.
P.S. Will nominate them for Wooden Spoon award that Daily Mail run, we should all do that and put this shambles of a company under the spotlight!!
