I agree with Louise we must all complain to Consumer Direct. I placed an order which has never arrived and now they are on a 30 day refund which ends tomorrow and I know that I will not receive my money back. Consumers direct currently have a file open for me and will keep them informed and do my best to stop these people from trading.
I plan to share this site with Consumers Direct so that they can actually see how many people are being scammed out of their hard working cash.
