myhermes nightmare - AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my xmas shopping has been runed by myhermes- goods i ordered never arrived yet marked as "delivered". In my opinion they can only be either being lost or worse stolen . How can they ge away with this time and time again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!!

Terrible and unhelpful at first but getting better !

Made one purchase and product was great , bought several more after and the perfume smells of urine, was told it only lasts a year by Gemma,what rubbish!!!! I have several handbag sized bottles that are 5 yrs old which smell great. i STRONGLY BELIEVE THEY ARE FAKE beware !!!!!!!!! but I don't think the company knew themselves. However,they don't want to know and will not give the name of a director.

Rang back and got charming guy who is prepared to look at product with the MD
