Very poor customer service

Ordered some paper last week as the price was good. Online account showed item dispatched same day, but did not recieve it for a week.
After several calls calling their premium 0870 number got through to 'customer service' saying they would call back in an hour...no response after couple of hours, sent several mails & finally got a reply saying they were looking into it.

Mailed and called again next day.....they are still checking warehouse and will not cancel the order.

Needed the paper for an urgent print job..had to buy elsewhere in the end. Been a nightmare, will never buy again from here.
