Unfortunately I have recently moved home and work and now have to stand at the end of the garden to send a text - no chance of making a call and in the middle of the road outside work to get patchy signal.
I requested to cancel my contact due to the lack of coverage and the service not being fit for purpose and was told that I would have to pay a £329.50 as a termimation fee despite acknowledging there are covarage issues in my area and they do not offer a home boaster alternative.
The customer service manager declined to take my transfered online chat and did not offer to contact me when they were free. So I'm expected to continue paying for a service that is not being provided either way.
If their products and services are good why employ persistent aggressive cold calling techniques? I for one have no intention of finding out how good or bad they are as a supplier if this is the way that they obtain business. Either change your sales policy or hurry up and go out of business.
