Since i made the big mistake of becoming their customer I made two orders. The first sent to me was faulty and the second was the wrong item (same thing seems to happen far too often according to other people's reviews!). I then promptly email them as unfortunately no telephone number to call and they quickly sent me a pre-paid collect + label. I then took the parcel to my nearest collect+ shop and it was delivered back to their warehouse on the 27th of November. It took several email and a good 3/4 days for Zavvi to finally confirm to me that the item was received back and guess what .....they couldn't send the right item because they are now out of stock!! So it took an unbelievable 15 days to know that I would never get it!!
On a very different note I ordered the same tablet for buyitdirect yesterday (just £3 more than Zavvi price) and already got it today (free delivery!)!! Now that's excellent customer service!
Zavvi won't see me ever again!!
Ordered a Colonna black radiator back in May 2012.......not that cheap £250 roughtly....had to wait 6/7 weeks to finally have it delivered....now only a few months of use is already leaking from one of the section joints and guess what???? They 've agreed to replace it but they have no items in stock and I'have to bear with a leaking radiator for 7/8 weeks!! Ridicolous!!!
I've been using Myhermes quite a few times now and although rates are cheap at times it takes a good few days to get parcels delivered....so service is quite slow.
I've also experience having to claim for a stolen parcel and oh my word.....what a nightmare! It took almost three months to finally receive a chq! Not to mention the number of phone calls and email I had to send. Parcel was stolen on the 24th of April and finally today the 19th of July I received the payment!! Not very efficient! Just pray your parcel will never get lost or stolen!
