Poor returns procedure

Unfortunately whilst the delivery of our order was as quick as any other mail order company we have used the return procedure is the worst we have come across.

The shoes were faulty so we returned them through royal mail, as their closest return store didn't actually exist, for a replacement.

Cloggs have since denied ever receiving them and it looks like we now have to go along a painful process of making complaints to get them to actually respond to us let alone get the replacement (although now we would insist on a refund as we would never use them again).
