excellent value
Could not belive the results because I work on an oil rig people had not seen me for 3 weeks they told me it had took 10 years off me, I feel a lot better more so when I go on holiday I can eat what I like then top up on the diet when I get back to the rig. Just been for my offshore medical first they told me you have lost some weight since the last medical no problems with the medical.

good holiday again in Tenerife booked the hotel room With Alpharooms staying again in the Zentral hotel been 10 times over the last 18 months staying at the Zentral each time. Not booked every time with Alpharooms but a good price this time so took up the offer starting to look for next month for when I get off the Oil Rig.
