Mattress Next Day
Keeps its promises!
I was desperate for a mattress for my grandson and was trying to order it on Thursday 5th April for an Easter visit on Sunday 8th.
Only Mattressnextday could offer delivery on Sat 7th - most said Tuesday 10th! - so I was delighted when it turned up as promised on the 7th. It was also was excellent value.

At Last - Exercises I Will Keep on Doing!
I must be like lots of other people and always meant to do pelvic floor exercises but I never managed to keep on doing them regularly.
I have had 5 pregnancies and that certainly takes a toll on your body!
Sadly, as I have got older and gone through the menopause, things have got worse - and there is now talk of surgery for a mild prolapse.
I was really gutted about this but at the same time I read an article in the Sunday Times about the Kegel8. So I bought one in the hope that it might save me from having to have an operation.
I have been using it for 3 months and things are definitely better - though not perfect.
I talked to my GP who was very encouraging and says the Kegel8 machine is a really good idea and that it does of course takes time to develop muscle tone - so I am to give it a further 3 months.
Fingers crossed!!
