Booked a hotel in london with hotelclick which was a great rate only to be emailed later that there was no more rooms avaliale as i did not want another hotel via them i was promissed a refund in 2-3 days which unfortunatly did not accure so several phone calls later to my bank to find out why the money was just sat in the system i found out hotel click did no issue autherisation to cancel i then phone Hotelsclick to resolve this on more than one ocassion only to face a very rude assistant on the phone that was unwilling to help and advised me to send this via email which i then done only to have no reply i then phoned hotelsclick yet again the assistant was again rude and could not help was told the same as the previouse time i phoned re send all this via email still no reply and sadly they are nolonger taking my calls and as of yet i have no refund from them. After contacting my bank again they are now investigating this matter.
