Dire. Possibly criminally dire. They sent us clearly second hand goods. I mean,,,, they were rusty(!!) and repackaged. I told them they should stick to eBay for this kind of tat. They really didn't get it. Three weeks after the goods have done back we have received no refund. Thank goodness I paid by credit card because surely this outfit will go under. You cannot sell second hand goods "by mistake". And then forget to provide a refund "by mistake".
