I travelled to Washington DC in economy and back (overnight) in premium economy. In both classes flights were great with Virgin's high standard of service making it stand out from the other airlines who fly across the Atlantic.
I ordered a bag of Hills Puppy Mini 7.5g and instead was sent a bag of adult advanced fitness. Yes, things go wrong and mistakes are made. We spoke to customer services explaining that we were about to run out and were promised a replacement bag would arrive by the end of the week. At the end of the week and nothing had arrived and so we spoke again to customer service to be told that because they were so busy nobody had done anything about the replacement order. No replacement yet and not a lot of confidence in petplanet's ability to sort it out. Very poor.
