Poor service/No goods dispatched

I ordered a Skip Hop nappy change bag on 5 April, as yet I have not received any goods despite numerous emails.
Their phone service is very poor as you are not able to leave a message or speak to any one.
Customer service is non existant.
My money was taken very promptly and I thought this was a genuine company. It just seems to be a front for stealing honest peoples hard earned money.
