Atrocious customer service
I bought an item from them and it arrived promptly- no problem there. However the item developed a fault and as a result I had to send it back. It took almost 3 weeks to get a refund, the phone lines never answered and I tried emailing repeatedly. In the end I opened a Paypal dispute to get my money back, and although I did eventually get a refund, they deducted money for restocking. Having originally paid £52, I received a refund of £39- a loss of £13! I would be very wary of them- I certainly won't be using ProTechShop again.
Game
Good service, but prices not always competitive.
I shop at Game for the reward points whenever I can. Unfortunately their prices are not always competitive, otherwise I would give 5 stars for service as I've never had a problem with them.

Amazingly quick!
I have used Shopto.net many times and can only say good things about them. Sometimes dispatch is almost immediate!
