Very bad: I bought two speakers. It seems it was attempted to deliver them at our house, but we were not at home at that moment. The delivery company did not leave a note. Ten days later I informed why it took so long and then the delivery company admitted they had lost the package and they adviced me to contact Planet Gizmo. So I mailed them (Which i had done before, to get some information) about 4 times, but there was no reply anymore at all.
So I contacted Paypal and in the end of that process Paypal gave me my money back.
It was quite unexpected because I had read good reviews of Planet Gizmo
